My name is Silvia Markovic.  

I was a lecturer and a department head. 

But I was unhappy in my career. 

I wasn’t happy with my employers. 

I felt aimless professionally. 

I settled for a job that paid well but made me miserable. 

And the dissatisfaction affected other areas of life. 

It led to stress and conflict in my relationship.  

It took me a while to understand that my job was the reason for all the unnecessary problems in my life. 

I wanted a change. But I didn’t know where to start. 

I had no one to sit down with me and ask me about…

My career goals.

My professional strengths. 

My talents and how to use them professionally.

Then, a fortuitous coincidence occurred. My partner at the time, who was a coach had mistakenly booked two appointments in one day. So, he asked me if I wanted to take one appointment.

I did.

I gave a workshop on communication. The workshop was so well received that the participants wanted me for the rest of the week. 

And I finally felt like I was doing something that was fulfilling. 

I felt like I could help people in a way, bring out the best in them. 

Since then, I have become certified as a trainer, hypnotherapist and NLP Practitioner.

I specialized in helping women discover their passion and find a career that is satisfying. 

I have held over 300 workshops and hundreds of individual coaching sessions for various academies in Germany, helping thousands of people rediscover their professional careers.

I have become the kind of help I would have liked to have had when I realized, "Hey, something is going wrong in my life right now."
